Oppenheimer Development Corporation (ODC) fully believes collaboration is critical to the success of any project. This includes detailed communication between all parties on a regular basis. This constant communication ensures schedules are met and issues are addressed immediately to avoid potential gaps in scheduling.
ODC utilizes our insight on behalf of our clients to proactively prevent factors that result in change orders, budget overruns, delays, scheduling problems and design errors during construction. As your Construction Manager, our goal is to reduce construction risk, control construction costs, keep the project on schedule, limit impacts on adjacent owner operations, and ensure high construction quality.
ODC works with our clients to make the construction documents as clear, complete, and executable as possible and we focus on ensuring consistency between the drawings, specifications and general conditions. ODC reviews the contract documents for constructability and construction phasing we evaluate the schedules from advertising through award and the construction phase. ODC provides reports with comments and recommendations on changes to the contract documents that will help to reduce the owner’s risk and improve cost controls.
